The Suunto to HRM convertor program is now available as beta download through this link: http://www.mtbroutes.be/SuuntoHRMSetup.msi You need Microsoft .Net framework 2.0, the installation should provide a link when it detects it's not available.
After the installation you have a icon on your desktop and in your start menu to start the program. (Sorry for this inconvience, for the moment I don't know how to make this user-selectable during setup).
After starting the program your welcomed with this screen:
To get you started you click on "Load data from Suunto Training", the application will ask for a path, point it to the data directory of the Suunto Training Manager (in a standard installation this will be: C:\Program Files\Suunto Training Manager\Data )
After clicking OK and if this program finds the data it will give you the following screen, which represents all your logs in the same folder structure as viewable in Suunto Training Manager.
After expanding the correct nodes, you can then select which entry (entries) you want the program to convert. You only have to specify a valid output directory (type in the textbox at the bottom or use the button with the three dots on the right)
After this click "Convert checked to HRM" and if everything goes fine you will find the HRM files in the above specified directory, they will be named according the startdate/time as Suunto knows it.
These files then can hapily be imported in SportTracks
Hopefully you can enjoy this little utility, any suggestions/remarks/bugs can be reported at blog 'at' lexasoft.com (sorry for not providing a direct link, but it keeps spams away).
